• Personal identification information: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles. This information is provided via contractural agreements with customers of Lebra.

• Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our services.

• Lebra does not use user data, customer data, data accessed from Google APIs, or data accessed from external APIs on behalf of users or customers, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep track of your session for usability and site functionality. We may also use cookies to track usage and generate metrics for the benefit of understanding and improving our services. Additionally, cookies are used for bug reporting and tracking to improve our UI/UX.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

We use third-party data storage providers, Supabase (supabase.com) and integration provider Nylas (nylas.com). User data can be accessed only by individuals who belong to the same organization as the user that uploaded the information, through specific permission rules.

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We implement a variety of security measures, including encryption, to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access our service.

8. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. This is done in accordance with contractural customer agreeements. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section.

We keep your data until you choose to end your contract with us and proceed to delete your account(s). Data may also be transferred to your organization, if requested, upon termination of your contract with us.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and sending an email to our users.

13. Data Deletion Requests

Lebra Technologies, Inc. is committed to honoring user requests for data deletion in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Here's what you need to know about our data deletion process:

• Submission: To submit a Data Deletion Request, please email ops@lebrahq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the security and privacy of the data. We will also verify an existing customer agreement existed or exists.
• Processing: Once verified, we will process your request within 30 days.
• Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. In limited cases or agreed to in a customer agreeement, some information may be retained for legal, business, or technical reasons. We will inform you if this applies to your request.
