AUTHORIZED USER TERMS OF USE

Lebra Technologies, Inc.
These Authorized User Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platforms, products, and services provided by Lebra Technologies, Inc. ("Lebra"), including Lebra, Lebra Impact, and Lebra Compass (individually and collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Authorized Access
Access is limited to eligible users authorized by Lebra. You may use the Platform only for lawful educational, professional, and organizational purposes.
Lebra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, security concerns, or other conduct that may adversely affect the Platform, Lebra, or other users.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation, policy, or contractual obligation.
- Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for all information, documents, contact information, communications, prompts, instructions, and other content you upload, submit, create, or distribute through the Platform ("User Content").
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use such content within the Platform.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content
The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence and automated technologies to generate summaries, analyses, communication drafts, stakeholder messaging, and other content.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for a particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all generated content;
- Verifying factual accuracy;
- Editing content as appropriate;
- Determining whether generated content is suitable for your intended use; and
- Approving any communications prior to distribution.
You should not rely solely upon AI-generated output when making decisions or communicating with stakeholders.
The Platform is intended to support understanding, analysis, and communication regarding policy, funding, operational, and organizational matters. Any summaries, analyses, projections, impact assessments, communication drafts, or other generated content are provided for informational purposes only.
5. Communications and Email Integration
The Platform may allow you to connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other supported services.
By connecting such services, you authorize Lebra to utilize only those permissions necessary to provide requested functionality.
You remain solely responsible for:
- Selecting recipients;
- Reviewing communications;
- Approving communications; and
- Initiating the sending of communications.
Lebra does not determine recipients, approve communications, or control the content of communications sent by users through the Platform.
6. Privacy and Data Practices
Lebra maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Platform.
The Platform is intended for professional and organizational information only.
Users should not upload:
- Student education records protected by FERPA;
- Protected health information regulated by HIPAA;
- Social Security numbers;
- Financial account information; or
- Other highly sensitive regulated information.
Lebra's collection and use of information are further described in its Privacy Policy.
7. Ownership
You retain ownership of User Content submitted by you through the Platform.
Lebra retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, software, technology, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property.
8. Professional Judgment
The Platform provides informational, analytical, and communication support tools only.
The Platform and any output generated through the Platform do not constitute:
- Legal advice;
- Lobbying advice;
- Legislative advice;
- Financial advice; or
- Professional consulting services.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and organizational requirements.
The Platform is designed to provide informational insights, impact analysis, and communication support. Users remain solely responsible for determining how information generated through the Platform is interpreted, communicated, and utilized within their organizations and communities.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lebra disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lebra shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, omissions, communications, or other activities based upon information, analyses, communication drafts, or other output generated through the Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
Lebra may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
